A series of individual breath sessions gives you the one-to-one attention that helps your body grow accustom to an open healthy breath pattern, bringing more vitality and passion into your life. The benefits are endless!
- A session takes approximately 1.75 hours
(Sharing/Setting intentions ~30-45 minutes, Facilitated Breath Session ~45-75 minutes, and integration/debrief ~15-30mins).
- For optimum results, please commit to at least 5 sessions, 10-20 days between each session.
- To get the most out of your experience, please wear loose comfortable clothing and eat lightly before.
- An hour of downtime after your session allows for further integration of the healing.
- Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
