As wellness practitioners, now more than ever, it’s important that we assist/guide our clients in breathing light into the past trauma, wounds, limiting beliefs and negative patterns. This creates a transformation that leads to the freedom and inspiration to live their most authentic, fulfilled and joy-filled life.

The 4-month Level 1 Breath Awakening™ training, led by Breath Awakening founder Tara Nieves Green, focuses on awakening the breath and is the first step in the 3-part Breath Awakening ™ certification process. It is intentionally designed to deepen your own connection with your breath and your true essence.
It is a deep dive to prepare you for becoming a Breath Awakening™ Practitioner. Many have already begun this journey of self-awareness and self-responsibility. If you are attracted to this work, then it is a perfect opportunity to continue evolving and expanding yourself while adding to your practitioner tool belt.

The Level 1 Breath Awakening™ 4-month training provides the opportunity to activate and enhance the magical radiant being that you are.

OVERVIEW of the Level 1:
Awaken the Breath
The 60-Hour and (4 month) LEVEL 1 "Awaken the Breath" Training Includes:
- One weekend a month for 4 months
Saturday 9am-4pm & Sunday 9am-4pm in Halifax, MA
Dates: September 14-15, October 19-20 November 16-17, December 14-15 - Group Support Session & Virtual Check-in
1 Tuesday per month at 6:30pm - 9:00pm on Zoom - Buddy Breath Sessions and Session Reflection
Once a month, dates are finalized once you are assigned a buddy. - Daily Practice
Your daily 10-minute practice is an important part of your certification.
All 60-hours of Level 1 must be completed, or made up, in order to receive your Level 1 certificate.
In order to move on to Level 2, you must reapply and be accepted into Level 2.
Each level is a separate application processes.

We want you to be successful! That's why we require you to complete a short application and interview to ensure that the program is a great fit for you before we ask you to invest!
Once you successfully complete your Level 1 training, you will be eligible for the next step in your Breath Awakening™ Practitioner certification.
Level Two: Awaken the Practitioner is designed to give you the knowledge, skills and experience to guide your clients through the Breath Awakening ProcessTM begins in Fall 2024. (160 hours~ 8 months)
Level Three: Awaken the Master Practitioner is the apprenticeship that will lead to certification. The apprenticeship will provide supervision and support as you guide your clients through Breath Awakening Process™, solidify your understanding of the Breath Awakening Process, and receive Breath Awakening Practitioner Certification. It begins in May 2025 (180 hours~ 1 year)
