About Tara
Tara Nieves Green MS, breathwork practitioner trainer and founder of Breath Awakening, helps empowered individuals excavate and clear the unconscious triggers caused by their wounds and self-sabotaging beliefs so they can access their divine wisdom and inner truth to create a more authentic and passion filled life.
For close to two decades Tara has been merging her education background and training with her deep commitment to personal healing that lead her to the creation and birth of Breath Awakening Practitioner Training.
Tara attended The Power of Breath Institute’s two-year certification training and Earth Circle Institute’s two-year Spiritual Leadership Training. In 2003, she founded Breath Awakening, a private practice centered on personal transformation through breath and intuitive energetic healing.
As a licensed elementary educator for 21 years, she taught in the Hingham Public Schools, led nature educational programs for the Trustees of Reservations, and had a holistic academic tutoring business. While in these careers, she was nurturing her spirit and doing the personal healing that would later allow for her to take the leap of faith and share her healing work with the world.
As a life-long seeker, she traveled to the Amazon in Peru and Ecuador to experience authentic Shamanic Healing techniques. She participated and assisted in sacred healing ceremonies such as Vision Quests, Sweat Lodges, Sacred Pipe Ceremonies, and Fire Ceremonies, and has training in Reiki Energy Healing, Angelic Messages, and Mediumship.
Tara is devoted to helping you reclaim your true purpose, awaken your intuition, and live your life with more authenticity and passion. Through Breath Awakening, she has had the honor of supporting and empowering thousands of people in individual breathwork sessions, workshops, retreats, and virtual events. It is her passion and joy to support you to break through the blocks in your life and access ease and grace on your path!
Tara is available for speaking, workshops, trainings and summits.
